Would you like to get involved with organizing the Midwest Gaming Classic every year?  Or would you like to bring a game console, arcade, or a pinball game to the show?  Maybe you would simply like to help MGC In-Depth?  Here’s some more information about this and more to help you get started:

Bringing Stuff to Showcase at the MGC

The Midwest Gaming Classic already has a system in place for people to preregister the arcade and pinball machines they wish to bring to the show.  That system can be found by following this link.  There you can also find out more information about the rewards program we have in place as well as FAQs about selling your machines at the MGC if you so desire.

Do you want to bring a console, computer, TV, or a particular game to the show?  Then please use the contact page associated with J.D. Norman’s staff page

Just a few years ago the majority of the MGC’s massive museum was provided by just a handful of big video game collectors.  Today more than 30 collectors contribute to the MGC’s museum and that number grows rapidly each year!

Organize the MGC

Do you want to help improve one of the MGC’s many areas?  Then feel free to drop any of the MGC In-Depth staff a line here and tell us where your interests lay.  There we can talk about ways to bring you into the show’s family, your experiences with the show, and what you can bring to the team.

Promote the MGC

Have a website that you’d like to run an MGC banner for?  Feel free to check out this year’s banners at the Midwest Gaming Classic promotion page.

Want to interview Midwest Gaming Classic organizers or the MGC In-Depth crew?  Have other ideas including cross-promotions and exclusives?  Feel free to drop us a line at the MGC In-Depth staff pages.

Vend at the MGC

Whether you have your own game store or it is time to begin selling some of your game collection, the Midwest Gaming Classic has a variety of vendor packages that fit everyone’s needs.  For more information about vending at the Midwest Gaming Classic, please follow this link.

Please keep in mind, however, that much of the MGC vendor floor space is presold to returning vendors from last year.  Therefore it would be best to order sooner rather than later since space is extremely limited and larger packages tend to sell out very quickly!

Sponsor the MGC

The Midwest Gaming Classic recently passed the 5,000 attendance mark for the first time and has continued to grow every year since the first MGC in 2001.  If you have a great product that you’d like to share with our guests whether it is game related, food stuffs, equipment, media group, or more, the Midwest Gaming Classic provides a wealth of opportunities for your initiative.

Please visit the Midwest Gaming Classic’s sponsor page for more information on booths, naming rights, banners and more!

Make the MGC Your Band's Next Gig

Although it has been some time since the Midwest Gaming Classic featured live music, we are still open to exploring the idea again though some space and sound level considerations would need to be addressed.  Please feel free to contact Dan Loosen and Gary Heil through their staff pages here about playing at the MGC.

Share Your MGC Experience

Did you have a great experience at the MGC you’d like to share?  You can submit an article to MGC In-Depth that we may feature in a future update!  Tell us about one of the guest speakers you met at the event, one of the many tournaments you participated in, or perhaps getting a chance to play a console or a pinball machine you’d only heard of before.  Whatever’s on your mind, let us know about it!
